KBCN & KMAC OFFICIAL CONTESTING RULES

1. All on air contests are open to all residents 18 years or older. Any prize over the value of $100 is open to residents 21 and over. Employees and their families of Pearson Broadcasting, their respective affiliates and affiliate stations, advertising, production, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible.

2. No purchase necessary for any on-air contest. Pearson Broadcasting assumes no liability for inaudible, late, or misdirected calls, telephone malfunctions, busy circuits, or any other technical or mechanical failure that my affect your ability to enter the contest.

3. All Federal, State, and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes and any expenses not Expressly provided for herein are the sole responsibilities of the winner. Void where Prohibited or restricted by law.

4. The solicit of on-air and off-air contesting by KBCN or KMAC serves as eligibility and releases Pearson Broadcasting and affiliate radio stations from any and all harm, injury or liability that may result in connection with the awarded prize. All Federal, State and local taxes and expenses not expressly provided herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. By calling, winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, photograph and likeness for advertising publicity materials or trade purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited). Only one prize per household or family every 60 days.

5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.

6. Odds of winning any on-air/off-air contest on KBCN & KMAC are based upon the total number of eligible entries or phone calls during the on-air solicit. Prizes are not transferable. KBCN & KMAC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent kind and value. If KBCN or KMAC is unable to contact Grand Prize Winner, and alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected at random. The prizes will be awarded subject to verification of eligibility and as long as all qualifications are met.

7. For additional contest information and rules, Please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to KBCN & KMAC 100 Bluebird Street, Harrison, AR 72601.

8. Winners of a major prize must be 21 years of age, and must present a photo id and social security information before prize will be released.

9. All on-air/off-air contest rules are subject to change without notice.
